Lime Results started helping Frankston Auto formerly known as BrakeCare with their MYOB accounting software in 2017, this included data entry, training and monthly reconciliations of their bank and credit card accounts. As a mechanic they use a Capricorn finance account which needs to be reconciled monthly. The monthly work included reconciliations, lodgement of BAS’s, estimations for Workcover, preparation of reports to track the growth of the business.
Franktson Auto decided to record all sales transactions with stock items using Workshop software which is an Auto Repair Workshop package. It integrates with most accounting packages. Easy management of jobs, invoices, quotes and bookings. We assisted with the implementation of this product with MYOB.
Then after a few years we discussed moving over to Xero for several reasons
- Xero and Workshop software integrated
- Reconciling Bank accounts is easier in Xero
- Bank Rules are the best
- All history could be converted into Xero.
- 100% cloud based like Workshop Software
- Great pricing
The conversion from MYOB to Xero was planned and actioned. Around this time, we jointly decided it was time to move Accountants. A consultative accounting practice was sort and secured.
Over the years, Lime Results have helped Frankston Automotive with HR & Payroll setup and issues. Whether it is weekly payroll processing, leave queries or adding a new worker, Corina knows we are only an email or phone call away.
Lime Results are now helping with Jobkeeper, applications for Government Funding and Apprentice Funding schemes along lodgement of BAS’ to receive the ATO Cash Flow Boosts.

We received initial contact from Extrordinair, who are Air Conditioning installers based in Airport West.
They wanted to achieve the following outcomes:
- Improve communication customers
- Assign and manage jobs to staff along with keeping a trail of quotes, invoices, photos and serial numbers in one system
- Increase internal communications with a mobile app.
- Integrate ServiceM8 with Xero
Upon our first discussion we started a process map to document the entire sales process from initial sales enquiry, to allocation of job, completion of job and invoicing.
We were able to focus on the optimal set up ServiceM8 to Integrate with Xero Accounting Software. ServiceM8 is now key operational software.
